> Tip to take off "stuck" S700 cover?

Is it just me or is the S700 cover really hard to get off? I read in the manual how to do it, but that doesnt seem to help - my fingers just slide across the cover.

all u need is to apply pressure on the top end of the covers, near to the camera.. and slide it downwards... its better applying pressure than u starting using things and i dont wanna go to details... hehehe...

I use a finger nail between the casing and the cover to lever it open. the only problem is that the edges are now slightly marked

@jcwhite_uk - tried that too, and yeah I have a scrath down there too now. good thing I get it replaced on wednesday cause of some other bugs
however I solved my problem .. I found this rubber thingy, that I lay in between my finger and the cover - TRACTION!!

well congratz... the rubber thingy might be useful but.. u dont carry it around with u, right? another suggestion is using ur palm on the pressure point which i stated earlier and slide it out.. or a fren of mine uses his 2fingers place on each side on the pressure area and slide it. OR do wat Snoop Dogg do... drop it like its hot! hehehe...

Best way to take off the S700i is to simply wet your fingers and then dry them.
This will make them have a little grip, now simply place your fingers at the top of the S700i case and pull down.
Sorted
