> K700i: Incoming Message Problem
Bookmark topic
My K700i flashes a popup message which says that there is an Incoming message and that I have to delete some messages for it to come in. This is weird because my Inbox is NOT full and so is my Sent Items. I tried deleting the SMS messages but still the message doesn't come in. Since the message I'm expecting is an MMS message, I aslo tried deleting some items in some folders to free up some space. But this doesn't fix the problem.
Has this happened to anyone? Help please..

Strange problem you have there. Have you tried a master reset on your phone? Dont know if it will help, but why not try. But then, you should backup your phones contact, calendar and more before resetting.

Yeah, it is. Maybe the most easy solution would be to take the phone to a service center. It, sure sounds like a firmware problem.

I had this problem, my inbox was slowly gettin smaller and smaller, in fact it is reachin the point of being irritating at the moment. My solution was to do a reset of the fone, which worked. However i lsot everything on the phone and had to restore my contacts from my sim card, so now all my mates mobiles numbers are there home numbers if you get wat i mean. Small problem but we all seek perfection. Since the reset the inbox started storing the number of messages it should, and once again its getting smaller. It ridiculous. Getting fed up with se 's inability to produce a phone without obvious problems. May switch to samsung, brothers nwver had any problem with them!

I have same problem on K700i. The one solution is upload a new firmware into phone. Master reset doesn't help, it's a software (R2A) bug.

Yeah, best bet, SE service centre or take it to the shop where you bought it.
Its a firmware issue, and needs to be upgraded!

SErvice Center? I think - no. My phone was good running without any problems with sms but i wanted to had new firmware. And what? In SErvice Center they crashed it - now i can't get sms or use frames in camera because phone is restarting. Better idea is to buy SE Tool and cable.
