Yeah, I know I should have formatted it in phone but I wasnt thinking

Now when I put it in my p910i I get the error message "disk corrupt" The pc formatted it to fat32 spec. Can anything be done with it? It was a 128mb card

Just format it in the P910 again and everything should be fine!

(Assuming no hardware damage was done... if it works in your PC, it can be reformatted in the phone again)

No. As soon as I insert the card I get the "disk corrupt D" message and the phone is then locked until I take the disk out so I cant reformat in in the p910i.

You might have damaged your duo. Inserting it into the card reader a little askewed/crooked sometimes does things to a very sensitive device.
Try formatting it again on your computer and then on your P910.
If that doesn't work, try inserting the duo with the phone off. The P910 firmware is suppose to automatically format a duo if it recognizes an unformatted one.
Good Luck!

Hmmm... that's odd. The card might have actually gotten damaged in your card reader. Can you still use it in your PC? If it still works in your PC... try it one last time in your phone... but this time...wait a while, it may just take a while for your phone to resume, and let you regain control. Then you may be able to format your Duo.
BTW, is this a Duo, or a Pro Duo?

Thanks for all the advice guys but Ive managed to format the card in phone. Phew! first I turned the phone off, inserted the card and turned the phone on hoping it would be automatically formatted as previously mentioned. No joy. The phone froze on he startup screen. So I took the card out and phone continued to boot up. Then I went into control panel and selected format disc D. Then just
before clicking 'format' button I pushed the card back in and before it had chance to freeze my fone again it was formatted! Sly or what?
