Is there a way to backup for S700i? I wanna go for a firmware upgrade. My outlook is for my xda2 so i cant use that. Is there any other ways?

if u dont have more than 300 contacts, you can backup to ur sim memory.

The thing is i've attached pics to the callers and its a hassle attching everything one by one again...is there anyway to do it?

You can backup most of the items if you use Floats media agent. A quick search of Esato or Google should tell you where you can download it from. Its free.
