> One help required for SE P800

Hello friends,
I dont have much knowledge about handsets but I do solve GPRS queries for the people. I need some help from somebody. Recently, I got one customer who came from UK & told me that on P800 he can exactly check out how many people r logged in that particular area. He also specified the location but I couldnt write it down. I did try to ask him about everything but he was in a hurry.
If anyone could send me the exact location in that handset so that I can help the others or check out myself.
Also tell me if one need to download any software for the same?
