Hi,
I know this has been asked quite a few times before, but I just spotted this on eBay...
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBay[....]68039&item=6356868055&tc=photo
Has anybody tried this to see if it works and are there any reasons why it wouldn't work?
Thanks in advance
Kindest Regards,
Ashley

Why would anyone want to disguise a T610 as a T630. Beats me.

@ mrao
I guess if you have a T610, but prefer the looks of the T630.

It would appear so. Check out the eBay link in the original post.

Yes, that's the reason.
I have a T610 with the silver case which now looks like it's been shot at it has that many dents in it, it's £10 for an original T610 case but I prefer the look of the T630, so I wondered if this conversion actually works properly.

It would appear that everything (in terms of dimension) are the same on the T610 and T630. The only thing that looks to be different is the keyboard, and a new keyboard circuit is included.
