In certain cases it might be helpful to remove the battery and keep it out of the phone for some time but most probably your firmware has been corrupted so your phone needs to be reflashed. Se service centre time. Did you do something to make this happen i.e. online update,dodgy downloads etc?

Go to setool.net and see what is there. (I have never gone there and so dont know about it.) Apparently that site offers you the GDFS file and the main flash. (contact gbrooks3 or vee)
