If its not an oil rig then i have no idea what it is?...Maybe a floating helipad or something?...Even if i did correctly guess what it was,i would have to sadly decline the prize unfortunately as i have my own career;and like yourself i hate the cold!..But you could always offer this on esato playtime if you wish.
