> MMS Error 0x53c

I was asked last night by a friend if I had received the MMS they had sent me. I said no so they sent it again. It did not come through so I did 'get & send' The download progress bar appeared and stayed on 0% before giving the error message 'An error occured in the communication with the server - Reason code 0x53c'
Does anybody know what could be causing the problem? I could receive MMS fine on Saturday night.

not sure on what the error message means but you could try getting the mms settings again since your other ones might have got corrupted or altered somehow

I tried doing that via the SE site. They came through fine but as my P910i is Voda branded it wont let me update the settings :rolleyes: Thanks Voda!!

@guy I have the same problem in america on AT&T and I downloaded that auto setup from them for a p800 and got the auto setup from sony for a 910i It still did not work, I have talked to sony and they say it is a error in the settingsa and talk to your provider...lol My provider does not even sell the 910i lol not to mention they got bought out..lol

Just verify the settings manually. Get it from the www . The error might be temporary though.

All the settings are locked. I can't edit them manually at all.
I have sent myself a MMS which came through fine. I do however know I have been sent 3 now which have not come through. When I hit 'Get & Send' before it would check fine without the error message.
