> K700i contacts problem - help anyone?

I have a problem with my K700i. I have stored mutiple numbers under each contact, i.e. home, work & mobile. However, every now and then, my phone decides to create a new name for each number and seperates them all out so I end up with a seperate contact name for each number.
Its getting very frustrating and I wondered whether anyone can help.
