Hi,
I apologize, if this problem has been discussed before, I tried to find it but without any success.
I am sure my problem is not related to phone/cable, but my computer,
because there is no problem connecting on other machine. -Now you probably think this is not the right forum, but anyway, if you could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
The problem is, that I am not able to receive any data after successful connection. IE,Opera,even Mozilla crash with some strange page fault. APN,username,password,DNS settings should be OK.
I suspect some low-level TCP-IP parameters to be changed. Could MTU,TTL or similar parameters affect the right functionality? Up to now I am pretty sad, because I think I have tried everything (updates,patches,antivirus,antispyware).. Everything, but reinstalling Win98,which I am not very keen on doing(lots of installed progs/games). Thanx a lot, Im ready to provide any additional information needed.
