simple just reset the settings to factory one and it wil be ok

On my phone default in service mode contrast is 6 bars from left.

Rememeber that you have 2 contrast settings, so you'll have to fiddle around a bit with both of them to find the correct one...

exactly, the one in the "settings-display-contrast" menu is for the coarse settings, while the one under the special secret menu is the fine tuner....
