Can any1 help... converting is the easy part.. but wat is the correct settings so that the videos can be played smoothly on the phone... i've been playin around... the audio is gd but the video isnt.. sometimes its laggy and sometimes it doesnt show up at all.. only audio.. so any guru out there? help..

Ok nvm.... problem solved! Juz a few this and that... now i can hv my own personal MTV on my phones... haha!! Its damn clear too!
