What are the benefits of bt and bt headsets and disadvantages ,plus how often do u use it

The main obvious benefit of BT is that it's wireless But not always the most stable of connections!

i use my BT headset most of the time, especially when i am driving. i use it also for long calls.
benefits:
you can move freely with both of your hands
while in a small room you can just move around and do your stuff leaving the phone on the table
you can leave the phone in places where signal is strong and you can move about freely whithout losing the other end
basically its just talking without holding... and moving more
disadvantages:
you'll have to charge both your phone and your headset
bad reception sometimes when there are interferences like microwave and other BT devices
sometimes connectivity is lost or cut in the middle of a conversation
BT headsets are much more expensive than other handsfree devices, which have the same use as your BT headset, you can just move more on BT
