On my Z1010, just above the battery charger port there is like a small LED meter.
is that supposed to flash or light up when you charge your phone? (mine doesnt, is that normal)?
what exactly does the LED meter do?

well beside the ir there is 1 led battery indicator, which lid up when battery running out, that is what i read from some forum.

That led is usually in the power button. Why dont you do a service test and see if it lights up?
