I am using a Z600 with O2 in UK and I am trying to read an email send to me from a japanese mobile. It's English characters but in a japanese encoded email. All of them shown up as "(unsupported characters)". I can read them ok on my computer though. I heard others can read them on an LG email client.

Does anybody have similar problems? Are the new SE phones email clients any better?

it is not everyday that one comes across such a situation. Yes, the email client has gotten better. The latest version of k700 has enabled ssl encryption for gmail access. This message was posted from a K500
