> k700i japanese sms support?

i just tried sending japanese sms from my the internet to my k700i.. amazingly, it showed up! no garbage! the font's nice too!
but, does any one knows how to enter them into the phone manually?

i am not sure if it is available on the bog standard phone, but you could always search google or whatever, or get in contact with sony ericsson to see if there are firmware updates, or downloads which may enable this!

You need to install a firmware which has the japanese language pack and i guess you will be able to sms. Such a pack is available.

@serverxeon, what is your current Phone language setting in your K700i? Japanese characters just come out garbage on mine.
