Thanks to pao for the tip! It can be d/led from the Gameloft site. It does not say it is the 3D version, but when you order it, it is! I've just done it!

It's full screen; it's the real K700 version, not a k500 hack, and not a demo. Works fine, as far as I've been able to tell. It installs in two parts.

Here's the gameloft URL.

I got it on my K500i. Very cool game. He walks sloppy though. When the camera zooms out, you really appreciate the quality. :-) (p.s, hope you guys got the pm) This message was posted from a K500

Update--I've gone through a couple of levels, which seem weirdly like that levels in the 2D version with different skin. It's hard to describe...

So a couple of notes--the game is close to 1MB in size. Not small. And the phone seems to be struggling to render everything smoothly, like it can barely pick up. I consider the old version more playable for this reason, though the 3D is impressive.

@vineet--Yes. From the Gameloft site. Three euros. It doesn't say specifically before you buy that you're getting the 3D version, but that's what you get when you d/l it.

I have some further thoughts tho. Specifically, the game is quite short--five missions. I don't remember how many the 2D version had, but I do remember playing it for what seemed like a long time before I finished the game. I'm already done with 3D, and I've only had it about 14 hours! So take that for what it's worth if you're thinking about the investment. The old version definitely gets my vote as a better overall playing experience. So if you've got that and finished it, it may not be worth it to buy the new one...
