I know this must of been asked a 1000 times but is the any messenger app that will work with o2 free gprs so i don,t have to use wap emessenger which is very basic thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this

if uyou are on contract you can contact them to enable their "mobile web" facility on your account
but if you arte pay as you go, they will not do this

Damnit. Yeh, he's right. But yeh, there would be a way, as long as you can get cookies working properly, then go to one of those web based messenger clients (msn and Aol have them...)
But yes, I would LOVE to be able to use messenger.
