hey guys, you can already do that by simply going to your service menu by doing >*time and cost>sms counter.

no need to pay extra to install netmonitor like nokias... hope this was usefull!!

you can enable NetMonitor on your Nokia 8250 with Nokia LogoManager....

I believe Geofox wanted to know how to activate the "Channel Info" in the phone. There is also a "GPRS Cannel Indicator" just below that. Actually, there is also a "Battery Info" in the phone menu. These options are by default switched off. My website has info on how to switch these option on and info on what those numbers mean.

BTW, "Network Monitor" is a brick (ie. Nok*a) term. Us SE users call it "Channel Info."

There is another thread on this at:

Which people there (like here) are saying that this "Network Monitor" is just not available and just reference to this being available on brick! (sigh! why do people thing only Nok*a can do it?).

If you visit my website, you will find info on how to activate these features and how to read those numbers. I have this on all my E/// and phones (except my R380e). Yes, also on my T68i too...
