HI GUYS... NEED SOME HELP ON THE OPERA BROWSER SET UP FOR SE P910.. IT SAYS CONNECTED BUT IT'S NOT DOING ANYTHING OR IT'S NOT PULLING OUT ANY PAGES. WHICH VERSION SHOULD I USE? I TRIED TO CONNECT TO THE REGULAR INTERNET ON THE PHONE AND IT WORKS FINE BUT NOT WITH THE OPERA BROWSER. PLEASE....HELP ME....

usually this is because you connecting via a WAP/GPRS connection whereas you need a full internet/GPRS connection for opera and most other programs

In opera if your on o2 for example you need to go into settings or preferences in opera and put in your proxy settings ie o2 payg free wap is 193.113.200.195 port 8080 then everything works fine hope this helps.

The problem that you have is so usual, so many Of us P9xx/opera users have gone trough this and the question is asked here on Esato over and over again...

I'm with T-mobile USA an WAP only plan, to get it working go into Opera>Edit>Prefernces>Proxy tab, check proxy enable, server name put in 216.155.165.50 and port number 8080. That's for T-mobile, I'm not sure about other carriers.

i just bought a p910i and am having issues trying to connect to the internet(GPRS). I live in the bay area and am currently using Cingular. Can anyone give some insight to what i need to do in order to activate my internet. Either thru Opera or thru the default SE browser? Much appreciation.
