Try purchasing a card reader.

Its faster than the cradle option.

The quickest way to get things onto the mem stick is to use a mem stick reader on your computer. Using the docking station will take ages to transfer even the smallest file. Bluetooth is slightly quicker than the docking station but a lot slower than a mem stick reader.

Great idea mate.

I have a Laptop that has a card reader built-in.

Very quick in transferring data to my Duo's.

I recently bought a Belkin USB 2.0 15 in 1 cardreader. It took me 35 seconds to transfer a 220MB movie the memory stick (PRO Duo).

I use my Sony digital camera as a card reader. Just put the MS Duo in a MS adaptor, into the camera, and it appears as a removable storage device in windows. Nice quick transfers.

A great alternative if you've got a Sony camera and don't have a proper card reader.

A card reader would be the ultimate file transferring way ever for the MS. Since I bought it, I mean the 4-in-1 card reader, I've used it to transfer files from my PC to the MS, especially for bigger size files, eg. mp3. The transfer rate is phenomonal compared to using the cradle. It's also great for MMC too.
