Motorola has announced a partnership with Oakley to create Bluetooth headset eyewear. Currently Oakley is selling a line of sun glasses with an MP3 player built-in, but it's not clear if the Bluetooth line will have a similar design. Details and designs are set to be unveiled by mid-year.
Company executives said their mutual objective is to deliver evolutionary and innovative products for consumers who want hands- free, untethered operation of their electronic devices.

I'm tough to please style-wise but I do love Oakley stuff and have several pairs of Oakley glasses, my fav being the x-metal as worn in MI2. can't say I'm interested in the MP3 glasses but I'm keen to see what they do with Motorola for these BT headsets

I was keen to purchase the mp3 glasses but after i read the reviews i promptly changed my mind.But the bluetooth version does interest me a lot more now,and i'm likely to get these,but i doubt the design will be a lot different from the mp3 version.

I like the rugged, almost military, design of the MP3 glasses, I just don't have much use for MP3 in my sunglasses

@masseur
Yes exactly, especially where i reside, there are not many opportunities to listen to music while wearing sunglasses
