Hi, never got a reply to my previous post so I will rephrase the question. I wonder if anyone here syncs Outllok contacts with a K700i and if so, if that is working fine. In my case, whatever I add on the phone does not get to Outlook. Please help!!!!!

Sure, I'm syncing with Outlook 2003 without any problems. I think you have to state your problem a bit more in detail to get any help. Also search this forum, I'm sure you'll find the answer to most k700i sync issues in previous posts.
I'll be happy to try and help if you provide some more info.

(The only problem I had was not exactly a sync problem it was how to select what contacts from Outlook to synchronize which I solved by creating a tool called the Contacts Synchronizer http://www.tjitjing.com/sync feel free to check it out once you get your sync to work)

Sorry I should have searched the forum. I just did and found a couple of postings with the same problem but no solution apparently.

Anyway, the problem:

I sync with MS Outlook XP.
Whatever contact I add on the phone does not appear in Outlook.
Whatever I update on the phone causes the contact to be deleted in Outlook.
I use the supplied Syncstation software.

I have been corresponding with SE support for a week but no solution. I have uninstalled/installed the software, synced with a test folder and still the same problem.

Might be a problem with Office XP. You tell me you have Outlook 2003.

Thanks.

Sounds to me like you don't have the conflict-resolution settings right in sync station. I sync with outlook no problem. This message was posted from a WAP device

I sync via bt. Conflict resolution should not be a problem because I am adding new items on the phone that are not in Outlook. Still I tried all the options with no avail.

The bt connectivity works, I can sync all my contacts from Outlook to the phone but not back.

Thanks.
