I posted this a few days ago in the i-mate JAM thread

for me it made quite a difference but I've read for some others it made no difference or actually made the pics worse

how did it go for you?

To be entirely honest, i didn't notice a difference in the quality. But i can't say if there has been much of a difference because i never really paid particular attention to it before. Though now that i did, the quality does seem quite good, if better then before, i can't say.
