Does anyone know if there are any controls for the videos on the s700i such as fast forward and rewind when using the video player? its a real pain if your watching a full movie and have to stop it and go all the way back to the begining

Do you not think that i would have read the manual. I have tried all the keys and still no joy so i want to know if anyone else might have found an advanced way to control the video
