Hey guys thought i would post a snippet from this review...
" In summary...
Well, I think Sony Ericsson has done it again! But this time, it’s their best phone product for the masses – or those that are considered to be in the “middle-end” of the market. The standard issue K500i will certainly give the other competing models a run for their money this time round… no longer are Sony Ericsson in the business of making phones that are seemingly half-finished!
And while the F500i was the weaker product out of the two, it still included the strong basics that made it an outstanding handset. People who don’t really mind those previously-stated exclusions of this customised product will probably be able to get a good deal – since, in most cases, it is being sold slightly cheaper than the standard issue K500i.
This very-affordable Sony Ericsson phone is for everyone to consider. Sure that it doesn’t contain the entire set of features that the K700i includes – but it brings you pretty darn close to the same experience anyway! In other words, even the most demanding phone user should be content with what the K500i (or even the F500i) has to offer.
Once again, the Sony Ericsson of today is creating “real” products, and not just any old phone that fills in a specific market niche…"

According to this review, seems like this is the phone that will keep the masses happy and give the competitors a run for their money...

The k500 is a good phone for sure, both the kxxx phones do very well in their respective fields. Its the s700 which imo, looses out.

The S700 is a exclusive phone. I doubt it will push ofr mass market that the K700 is pushing for.

I think the K500 and F500 look good. They have a timeless design. In some aspects they look better than the K700. Very good value also. I wonder how good they sell.
