Ok, you guys are the experts, you have had the phone for ages, and well you have the T68i to =( I only have the T68, and I need some advice - if someone could help it would be great.

1. I want to upgrade the software, does this have to be done through sony/web site etc? And is it possible to do a T-68i upgrade through software, or do I have to send it out.
a. If I have to send it out, where do I send it, and whats the cost
American? I dont know conversion =(

2. I dont have "Infared/Blue Tooth" just "SMS" - is there a way to get music tunes on my phone to play, with the lights going, and the phone buzzing? I know when I go into my melody, it wont let me type vibraphoneon etc... or whatever is needed, it only lets me type the musical notes. I want to know how to add music, with ringing/blinking!

3. Any other welcome advice is great, my sms is 4074928097

Thanks guys, I appreciate and welcome anything you could tell me and assist. In the US most people barely know how to turn their phone on, more less use it! =)

About the upgrade in US, I'm not sure if it's actually available yet.
If it is, then you'll have to have it done at a SE service center. You can find your nearest sc on SE's homepage.
The upgrade is for free.

When you've had your T68 upgraded (software) to an T68i, you'll be able to download IMY ringtones, with vibra and leds. Or if you're musically talanted, you can compose them yourself on the synthesizer on your phone.

In the U.S., you can get your upgrade from a dude in PA, who charges $25 + both way shipping. SE has hinted that they will make this upgrade available in July, but July isn't over yet.

In other parts of the world, this upgrade by Ericsson costs between $0 to about $25 depending on countries.
