I know that Sony Ericsson says that to use their update service, I must have DSS-20 or DSS-25 Syncstations.
But, because that Syncstation is kind of expensive to order from abroad, and because I can’t find it anywhere in Cyprus, is there any other way to upgrade my SE K700i firmware?
I have found other USB cables that will work on a SE K700i and a pc, for syncing, downloading, uploading, but I have no idea if they will work with SE update service.
Has anyone tried any other ways of updating their phone firmware?
