I can only upload 150kb with my p900 on o2 is there such a thing as an appliance i can download to my phone that would enable me to upload bigger files

Try FTP800 available at my-symbian.com (mobile.my-symbian.com o your device). But can the problem be a limit by your network operator?

Yeh i think it might be to do with my service provider but i know that nokia 6600 phnes on o2 can upload 300kb will this appliance overide my service providers restrictions?

@greg: If it is a network restriction, the 6600 should not be able to do 300kb, otherwise your device should be able to do the same as the 6600. But do give it a try. FTP800 gives you a couple of weeks' free trial.
