> Theme Creator Problems

I've been using the Theme Creator from
www.christersson.org and have been very happy with it, having made loads of themes. However, the other day I tried to change the theme on my PC (I'm using Windows ME), so I went to Control Panel > Desktop Themes and double clicked the icon. The problem? When I double clicked the icon, instead of getting the chance to change the Themes on ME, Theme Creator loaded!
I even tried to uninstall Theme Creator but now when I double click on the Desktop Themes icon I get MS-DOS Prompt for C:WINDOWSTemporary Internet Files>!!
I emailed Mr Christersson and he said that he has never heard of this problem. I would like to be able to use both programs, so can anybody help?
