my k700i keeps freezing when i make calls sometimes and some times it just happens its self, and i have to end up taking out the battery and sim to get it to work again. can anybody help???

For starters, try putting it on a heater. You probablay have a very old software version. Upgrade your software.

@ian..just take it the service centre for a firmware upgrade.You're probably using an older fw version.That should fix the problem.
