Can anyone send me this program or post it here for the k700? I have the k700c which has MyFriends removed

It is likely that you have a branded K700 and your service provider has removed the My Friends functionality because their network does not support it.
Wireless Village support is not something that you can add back as a distributable program - it is part of the firmware. The only way you are going to get these additional options is to flash your phone with the default SE K700 firmware. Your local SE Service Centre will likely not perform this for you, so your only option is to use a service like DaVinci / SE Tool to perform the firmware update yourself (see various posts in the Software forum).
Having said all that, although you will have My Friends after the firmware update, you still won't be able to use it as your network doesn't support it
