Hi

I've got one of those. It has a little switch on the side of the box that is on the wire. If i switch it one way, it only lets me do the data transfer stuff but if i have it switched the other way, I can do the data stuff while it charges my phone at the same time
I got mine from ebay by the way.

as far as I know, the old original Sony Ericsson USB cables (T300, T68i etc.) will charge aswell.

i've got an old seriell cable that came with a t65, and it has a little input underneath so you can plug in your charger there

Hey,

Thanks for the input, what original sony ericsson cable are we talking about?

Maybe it's cheaper to buy a usb charger cable.. Since i have bluetooth on the machine.

Best regards

Well my old USB datacable for my T300, when it wasn't transferring data, it would start charging the phone.

the original cable is USB Cable DCU-11.

According to other sources the DCU-11 does not support charging, without an external power source, can this be confirmed?

The DCU-11 cable has a port for charging does not mean you can charge from
the USB Port what you can do is plug in you're wall charger to the back of
the phone connector and charge while you have it connected to the laptop
etc.
