Hi,
Im trying to upgrade my k700i (unbranded, simlockfree).
All i get from the SEUS website is :
Please wait...
Checking the installation of Sony Ericsson Update Service
I installed the DSS-25 and its working properly.
Phone is charged. Should the phone be powered off from the beginning ?

same thing happened to me, to be honest, im sick and tired of sony ericsson and thier phones having to be updated to fix a bug, and within that your phone gets a new bug, its just too much for me. however i'll still buy se, cos i love it, and nokia and other manufacturers can never compare to it
but im still having my doubts....

Try and stay away from the
Update service for now, it is very unstable and has corrupted a few phones.
If you do a search in the forums here for "SEUS" you will get the idea.

try using internet explorer, i was using firefox and it never worked and thought the site was down. switched to ie and it worked fine
