The only ways to disconnect are: 1. manually, after each page loads, and 2. set a time-out in the Internet account settings. This message was posted from a P800

@ 701....I am not charge for the 1st minute of connection so I get to browse for free. Most of the pages i.e ESATO downloads in less than a minute, that's why it will be nice if I can disconnect automatically rather than doing it manually each time.

I will try the no.2 suggestion of AYA

Thanks

I looked at the internet accounts settings to see if I can adjust the time-out setting. I can't seem to find it. Can anyone tell me how to do it on a P800. Thanks

@toho - You have to do it manually.

We're thinking along the same lines because our CSD's 1st minute is also free. Connect, bookmark, disconnect. Connect, bookmark, disconnect.

Is'nt the first minute pretty much taken up by the Handshaking and connection authorizing ? Don't use dialup, so I dont know really too well. Anyhow use GPRS, or EDGE, miles ahead of CSD or even HSCSD.
