> Motorola V551 - AT&T - Unlocked ?

I'm getting couple of V551 models from AT&T. I'm planning to use them outside US, so I need to get it unlocked. So
1. How to get V551 unlocked any good resources.
2. I called AT&T Customer service and was told that these phones come unlocked, so how do I find these phones are unlocked or locked.
