I recently purchased Mobi Pocket Pro after trying the trial version. It would suit my needs very well,,,,,apart from the fact that after going through with the purchase online i was unable to download the software. I was informed by the download page that the software was unavailable for download although i was charged for it. I have e-mailed Customer Support every day for the last 6 days and have received no help or even an answer to explain the problem. Can anyone help with what i should do next?? As the only mode of contact i have is via e-mail.
