I have a 5 year old 16k sim. But there are 64k sim's available. Havent come across a 128k sim.

Here in India, I use a 32k SIM card. 64k SIM's have been introduced. Though a new generation of USIM's have been introduced on a few handsets with RIM (a CDMA 3G 1x service provider) .

16k sim's have only about 100 - 120 contacts. 32k have about 250.
