My phone is covered with vodaphone settings like WAP settings and Messaging settings and I cant delete them, the delete button just wont highlight. Does anyone know why this is and how I delete them?

Sounds like you have a vodafone branded phone.
There are huge amounts of discussion on here about how to go about 'unbranding'
