> O2 charges going AGAINST terms and conditions

I've recently started up a new contract with O2. All of the paper documentation I've received, website screens I can find and the answers from the helpsite state either:
"Any network free minutes apply to standard rate fixed lines, calls to
any network mobiles and voicemail 901 calls."
or
*Calls to leave a message or listen to voicemail are charged at
standard call rate. If you are a pay monthly customer and receive
minutes as part of your monthly subscription, then calls to Voicemail
901 are covered by these minutes. If these minutes are used up, you
will be charged at the same rate as a standard call."
O2 are charging me for 901 voicemail calls that I have made in my inclusive minutes. Although I've made 5 complaints and asked for the OFCOM registered Alternative Dispute Resolution Scheme that O2 have appointed, they're not budging. I get the same stock 'not included in your tariff' answer even though the tariff 'read the small print' section clearly shows otherwise.
I'm interested what's your take on this? Who's right in your opinion in case I'm going mad and my legal training has gone askew!?

Sounds like a typical O2 billing system error.
My inclusive minutes include WAP over GSM (not GPRS) according to the terms & conditions of my tariff, but for the last 7 months O2 have been charging me standard rates for them. Every month I have to call or e-mail them and get refunded, and every month they tell me the billing error will be sorted out in time for my next bill.
They're hopeless.
If you've got it written down in the terms & conditions of the contract you signed, then you are right!
What tariff are you on?

Off peak 300
If you go to the tariff in 'shop' scroll down and click 'read the small print' it's all there in black and white. It's also on the letter they sent me. I've sent them copies of both and they STILL don't want to know.
I've never paid for 901 access on any of my O2 tariffs so God knows where this has suddenly come from.
Interesting thing is if you head over to the
www.ofcom.org.uk site O2 have had their hands slapped more than several times for breaking, unfair or unlear terms and conditions.
I have to get a deadlock letter from them before I can do anything with
www.otelo.org.uk (the O2 ADRS as I have just discovered).

I only got connected yesterday, so I phoned O2 to get data prices and was told I get the first 100mb free, I was over the moon, obviously. I called back to check and I was told 100kb. I will have to watch out with O2 if what you say is true.
