Correct me if i am wrong
Alien battery actually is categorised as the lowest quality of compatible batteries around
It doesnt really do what original T68 battery does. When u recharge your phone, the battery keeps recharging non-stop even when the battery is full and hence your phone will burn quite easily if u overcharge. The rate these type of batteries discharge itself when u are using your handphone may coz further complication, the discharge rate is constant and it does not give a damn about your phone whereas the original battery discharge rate is dependent on the power consumption of the phone at anytime
Alien battery or compatible battery is not Li-Polymer,that's why it is heavier(try comparing)
Alien battery here in my place costs around USD10,compatible battery costs USD15,original costs around USD60(price is based on Asia's market only)
Estimated duration for your phone to show any signs and symptoms of faults due to the usage of these batteries are as below:Alien:3 months,Normal compatible :8 months,Original :No reported case yet
In short, using a compatible or alien battery is like fitting a cow's brain into a human body

Well my phone did that to me once to, I just took the battery off and put it back on and then the optimzed charging came back on. I still don't know why it did that.

So using a compatible battery, no CHARGING ALIEN BATTERY on the display indicator may cause damage to my phone. My compatible battery is LI-ION, 600mah, normal 2hrs charging time, higher standby time, it works great. Will it cause damage. I use it only as back-up just in case my original one drains up. Kindly enlighten me. Thanks

no, it shouldn't damage your phone if it's not used regularly, but the battery life of the 'alien battery' may not be as stated
