well Search the esato threads..There was a topic with full explanation with pictures..Its quite simple..Just opne the Clips on the backl side of the phone..then open the clips inside the phone to remove camera and antenna housing..Add the new cover and fit back in place...PM me your e-mail and I will send you the pics for the same..
