Hello all,

I rang up Singlepoint to ask for the unlock code for my p910i which they actually gave me. I entered the code (jog down ** jog down etc.) and it rejected it. I thought I had put the wrong code in (surely Singlepoint wouldn't have got it wrong!?) and again didn't work. So I rang Singlepoint back to confirm the number and was asked to do exactly as the customer service assistant asked and entered the code again. So this is 3 out of my 5 chances gone.

I explained it still hadn't worked and was told someone from technical services would ring me. No phone call.

I ring them back asking where the phonecall was and was told that they don't ring people and I would receive a letter explaining what to do to recitfy the situation. The letter arrived today and I tried again with the code on the letter and it still didn't work!

I have upgraded the phone since originally unlocking it with Mr Mobile on Oxford street and it re-enabled the lock (which is why I thought I would try to get the proper code of Singlepoint). So my question is, will my phone be totally screwed if I enter an incorrect NCK code once more (I have one chance left), or will I be able to take it to aboveconnection or someone to reset the NCK counter.

One more question, how the hell has Singlepoint got my unlock code so wrong or could it have something to do with the firmware update from SEUS ?

Are Vodafone that sneeky that they have permanently locked my phone?

J
