> i cant get opera to work

some of you may have read my thread yesterday about not being able to read a website using the p8s internal browser. i just downloaded opera but it refuses to work.
because i cant search on html lite i went into wml and searched but as usual i just got gunk.
the problem is when i enter a url it connects me to gprs then does nothing. i am on o2 and use the port 8080 proxy.
can anyone help please?

Check if proxy is still working. (Or if there is some option of enabling proxy in opera or something.)

there was an option in preferences for the proxy.
