My dad wants to buy a phone with an external antenna connector.. Since it is virtually a dead-spot in his office except maybe near the windows.. He is using a samsung e700.. Does anyone know if there is an external antenna accsry. for this certain phone or if it even has a connector ?
or if not, what phones can u guys recommend that has an ext. antenna connector..??? does the z600 have one, since i have it. maybe i can just give that to him.. what is the "antenna" accessory called exactly btw?
Would appreciate your soonest reply.. thanks

In the k500 and k700 there is a circular rubber peg at the back coverin an openin...this is where i've heard the external antenna attaches so well they do have support for them and i think many phones do. Never seen or know anythin more bout external antenne attachment tho.

lf the t610 and others have it, z600 must. Look for the rubber spot or the mirror spot on ur z600 and that's ur antenna connector.

It is an after market accessory, that plugs straight into phones, the nokia's can plug it into to the slot where data cable goes.

Basically. You need a patch cable, and a GSM, CDMA, WCDMA antenna with however much gain you want.
Then plug the patch cable into your phone, and your antenna, and ur away.
Most big mobile parts companies will be able to order them.
