I just today, bought a NEC e616V, and when I record, or download a video, or some music, or sound clip, IT says it cannot play? Is there something I must setup? Or does anyone else have this problem? It also does the same with pictures...?

the 616 is a flip, right?
i have the 313 and the software should be just about the same.
i never had this problem, i assume you are talking about files that came pre loaded? i think you may have a faulty handset.

Yea, its the flip, neither the files on there, or the files I put on work? Should I take it back?

@pigtrough
3 have been selling handsets in Superdrug shops for some time now.
I have a NEC 616 and I can only describe it as being the worst mobile phone I have ever used. I understood that 3 had network issues because they were still expanding, but the handset itsself was full of bugs. I have heard that the NEC 616v is supposed to be better, hopefully you shall have better luck with yours.
