Hi ppl im trying to use my phone as the modem in the sync station so i can connect to the internet on my pc could anyone help me out with the settings and what i have to do step by step thx... (" ,) btw im on o2 payg

There's already a thread on Esato about setting up your phone to use O2's free GPRS. Look in the phone's manual for instructions on setting it up as a modem for your PC. Combine the two and you'll have a solution to your problem.

Go into the connection properties on the PC and deselect 'USB', and leave it that way.
Now go on to your phone, go into Control Panel, Connections, Cable, and set this to 'Modem' instead of 'PC Connect'.
Then i think there's some software on the CD that contains a wizard to set the P900 up as a modem. When you connect it to the PC it should detect it as a modem (or something like that), and get the driver from one of the CD ROM's.
This is all really vaige as i'm explaining this from memory, but if you follow along these sort of lines im sure you'll be able to work it out.
