before updating my k700 to R2A, when i used ot set my k700 on profiles-meeting, the shutter sound used to dissapear. with the new firmware, the sound does not dissapear if set up on meetings in profiles in settings.
has anyone else experienced this?

It's country-specific. In some countries it will be possible to disable the shutter-sound, but in most countries it won't.

I just upgraded my k700i to R2AE033 with Davinci, and it worked a treat! No more shutter sound. Btw I'm in Australia, and had an optus branded phone. and it removed that crappy optus zoo icon as well.
