well my sisters p800...(she is india)has got the internal memory full and got off....wen switching on it prompted to format...she clicked yes....but the screen just gets blank.....does any have any idea wat to do?????

I experienced that months ago. There was nothing I tried that sorted out the problem. Finally, I sent it to a service centre for "flashing" or whatever its called. It came back with new firmware.

It probably is a result of the internal memory being full. Try to use the external memory whenever possible and make sure you keep at least a couple of megabytes of the internal memory free.
